Investigations concerning water contamination are being conducted after it was found that a few private wells in Buckingham, Doylestown Township and Plumstead that have PFOA and PFOS above the safe level suggested by the EPA. Homes that are affected by the contamination are promised bottled drinking water. As of now, the source of the contamination hasn’t been found.
